Food Service Worker-Prime Burger

Job Purpose: The Food Service Worker prepares a variety of food. He/ She will work at the highest quality level while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.  

Job Duties: 

· Prep meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables in an efficient manner for daily service 

· Adhere to cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. 

· Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure efficient service 

· Provide excellent customer service to guests 

· Prepare various food items for all guests 

· Interact with customers and efficiently answer guests questions 

· Prioritize and perform related tasks as designated by chefs and managers efficiently, and with a sense of urgency  

Skills/Qualifications: 

· High school diploma/GED 

· Previous kitchen/prep experience required 

· Familiar with food service equipment including knives, pots and pans, ovens, grills and slicer 

· Outgoing, pleasant personality, and desire to please guests 

· Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills 

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 

· Ability to stand for up to 8 hours 

· Must have reliable transportation
