Cafe (Food Service) Manager - Primrose (677 Table)
Job Purpose: The Food Service Manager oversees the essential operations and functions of the Front of House.
Job Duties:
· Operate within budget and identify new ways to develop operations
· Enter and review payroll
· Oversee staff training, coaching, and development
· Oversee all FOH (Front of House) café operations
· Assist with employee meetings and reviews
· Enforce staff compliance with uniforms and appearance
· Manage staff compliance with proper sanitation and cleanliness
Skills/Qualifications:
· Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management
· 2 years of foodservice experience, minimum 1 year at supervisory level
· Experience with scheduling, training, management, and staff development
· Knowledge of basic café operations, company policies and procedures
· Exceptional knowledge of cash handling and bank report reconciliation
· Experience performing safe audits and accounting compliance
· Must have reliable transportation
